In regards to the first part of your query for emails: Your request is very broad and may result in the collection of a large number of records.  The City estimates that your request involved approximately 517 emails.  While it is difficult to estimate the time to review these emails for exemptions, at this time my best estimate is that it will take 17 hours at the public records rate of $55.81. You may want to narrow your request by limiting the date range, the email account searched and/or the search terms. Please reply if you would like to narrow
In regards to the second part of your query for emails: No emails were found.

The requested email search will be conducted on PPB's email server which can search multiple email accounts with a single search and without identifying specific accounts.
