Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I am requesting records regarding the August 4, 2018 incident where members of the group "Patriot Prayer" were found on a Portland rooftop armed with "long guns." (A news article detailing the incident is available here: https://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2018/10/armed_protesters_were_on_portl.html). Specifically, I am requesting the following records:

1) A copy of the police report regarding the incident.
2) Any policies or strategic or tactical plans issued as a result of the incident.
4) Meeting minutes or notes from any meetings regarding the incident.
3) Any memos, notices, or emails regarding the incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
