Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All audio recordings used by any members of the Portland Police Bureau during the course of protest gatherings or other events at which officers are present. Please include (but do not limit responsive materials to) the audio for the well-known announcement: "This the Portland Police Bureau. This gathering has been declared a riot. All persons must immediately disperse. This includes media and journalists. For your safety, we ask residents to go inside your home. Failure to comply with this order may subject to citation or arrest and may be subject you to the use of tear gas, crowd control agents, and/or impact weapons."

Please also provide records sufficient to show all instances, locations, and times when the Portland Police Bureau has utilized any of the responsive audio recordings.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
