The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The public records requested concerning this incident are exempt from disclosure and will not be provided.  The City asserts the following exemptions to disclosure: ORS 192.345(3) conditionally exempts materials during an open criminal investigation. This case is noted as open with the District Attorney’s Office who has requested that Portland Police Bureau (PPB) not release records/reports associated with open cases. Thus, PPB will not release the requested record until the District Attorney indicates such release is appropriate.
