Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Police reports regarding the violent protest on 17 August, 2019 in downtown Portland, Oregon.
2) Any policies or strategic or tactical plans before, during, and after (e.g. the "after action report") the violent protest;
4) Meeting minutes or notes from any meetings before, during, or after regarding the violent protest;
3) Any memos, notices, or emails regarding the incident, including any and all internal or external communications including, but not limited to, emails, mail, audio, or video messages, policies, procedures, direct instructions, etc., pertaining to the way the Portland Police Bureau prepared for and performed during the incident/protests, including, but not limited to, any operation plan or related instructions or guidelines from or to the City Council, Mayor, or anyone else within or outside the PPB.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
