At no point did I indicate my request's purpose was to "enforce federal immigration law", as you mentioned in your last reply. I'm not sure if there was an error in processing here, but a separate request I have made to your agency was met with the same inapplicable response and closure. I would ask that the request please be re-opened. I can call your phone number if you need more information from my end, just let me know.
