The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to your public records request directed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the above listed records. If a fee is not prescribed by law, the following fees are authorized:
1. Please be advised that your request will produce the following pages of documents from the City of Port St. Lucie department that will need to be retrieved at a cost of $2,888.94. Please see attached cost estimate. Should you wish this department to begin retrieving the documents and printing them 50% of the total reproduction cost is required for work to begin.
Please note that you have within ten (10) days from 08/09/2019. Otherwise, the City will consider your request withdrawn. Clarification of charges: On the cost estimate, you will see 2 charges. I can have the police reports to you in about a week after I receive the down payment but the larger cost is for our IT Department to research specific topics you gave in your request, plus the Records time to go through and read each email to see if it is relevant to you request.
