Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
Previous records request response Dated July 22, 2016 disclosed that as of October 27, 2015 there were only 5 SUV model police cars in POPD fleet. Those Officers assigned to those 5 cars were identified as Officer Wofford, Brandon, Pronovost, Lynch, and Jensen.
POPD Officer's badge numbers are also used as their vehicle numbers. A recent request response identified badge number 724 as belonging to Officer David Walker- which is the same number as the assigned vehicle he drives. POPD car #724 is an SUV model. Officer Walker was not listed on the record request response dated July 22, 2016 as being assigned to one of the 5 SUV model vehicles at the time of October 2015.
Please provide the name and current badge number of the officer who was assigned to vehicle #724 on October 27, 2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I would like to clarify that I had asked for information about assignment to vehicle #724 on October 27, 2015 not October 27, 2017. Is your response intended the Sedan was from 2015?
Would you please provide records of all auto-body repairs and requests or PO's for auto body repairs requested for all SUV model Port Orchard Police Department Vehicles from the date of acquisition.
Please provide records and reports of all accidents involving POPD SUV model vehicles from the date of acquisition.
