All available budgets, invoices, presentations, and emails mentioning or concerning the production and involvement of the Polk County Sheriff's Department in the following videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-CFJdBAOCg and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lA6bruIZ0Ak. Also mentioned here: https://twitter.com/PolkCoSheriff/status/1415767573283565570
I am also requesting all scripts, any "outtake" videos, casting videos, casting notes, and a list of credits.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is regarding your public records request dated July 19, 2021 concerning the YouTube video by Bully Gear Media with a special appearance by Sheriff Judd. Bully Gear Media is a private group and they organized and filmed the video with our blessing and permission. The Polk County Sheriff's Office provided a location, which is open to the public during normal business hours, and a small amount of equipment as props for their video. Additionally, our agency does not have any records for the budget, scripts, casting information, or anything else concerning the production aspect as we did not produce this video.
We are providing you with requested emails and a few outtake videos we recorded on our iPad/iPhone. These are the only documents our agency has concerning this video. Please look for a second email from WeTransfer with these files.
