Wreck in pleasants county on 8-4-2019 (Pleasants County Sheriffs Dep)

Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am looking for a wreck that I was the passenger in. It was my vehicle & somebody else was driving my vehicle. The police report & the court records are completely different & I will be disabled for the rest of my life. The driver left me there to die. He tried fleeing the scene & managed to for over 4 hours as I was pinned in my vehicle with very life threatening injuries. This happened in st. Mary’s West Virginia. The pleasants county sheriff office was called on the scene. It happened on august 4,2019 early in the morning. Case # 19-M37M-00415 . The drivers name is Jason Ray Wriston . DOB is 7-7-76.
