From: Bryan Tor

Dear City of Pleasanton,

I am writing to appeal Public Records request number W001624-082922.

The request asks for records sufficient to show the usage of other resident/business-owned cameras in policing, surveillance, and social media/technology. The City webpage for the Surveillance Camera Registry shows a form to allow resident and business owners to voluntarily register their surveillance cameras with the Pleasanton Police Department, and other public records requests I have submitted show that

Can you confirm that the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Police Department do not have any records or other documentation on data retention policies, use policies, standard operating procedures, privacy impact assessments, or other relevant records demonstrating how resident/business-owned cameras are used?

Best,
Bryan
