Relevant to the decision making process to operate on credible threats of looting to close 5 entrances leading to Stoneridge Mall for Sunday May 31st 2020 and Monday June 1st 2020 including records but not limited to:

1. Emails, meeting notes, internal correspondence, inter-agency correspondence, and public releases related to credible threats of looting for the time period of Sunday May 31st 2020 and Monday June 1st 2020

2. Emails, meeting notes, internal correspondence, inter-agency correspondence, public releases, and correspondence with companies related to the decision to close entrances around Stoneridge Mall

3. After action reports, incident reports, Special Event Threat Assessment (SETA) Reports, and any other reports on the protests and looting in the Tri-Valley Area for the time period of May 31st 2020 and June 1st 2020

4. Any written communications with the California Highway Patrol, Governor's Office, Homeland Security, or the US Customs and Border Patrol during the aforementioned time frame related to the threats of looting

5. Number of increased patrols as a result of the credible threat of looting

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
