Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
A listing of every officer and/or employee of the agency, including name, office address, title and salary.
Per NEW YORK PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6, Section 87(3)(b):
"Each agency shall maintain:
[....]
(b) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the agency."
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello,
I spoke with the Captain about your requests and also with the City Clerk for the City of Plattsburgh. The City Clerk, Sylvia Parrotte has informed me that she took care of two out of the three requests you sent us and as for the third request, which is the one asking for a log of all requests for agency records under the Freedom of Information Law, we do not keep a log. FOIL requests are only required to be kept for 6 months as per the MU-1 Schedule that our city has adopted. There is no log, therefore, your request for one has been denied. Sorry for the inconvenience.
