Hi Mr. Lipton,

I was informed last week that our HR Department is working with our insurance carrier regarding your request and reason for the delay. You are requesting records dated back to 2010 to present and as stated in my previous response may cause a delay in researching due to age etc...

I have not been provided a timeline or any estimated cost due to extensive research that may be applicable if any to date. I will check again with our HR Department to find out if they have been provided a timeline yet as to when we can expect an estimated response time and get back with you either by the end today or tomorrow at the latest. Appreciate your patience in this matter.

Thank you,

Mr. Lipton,

Our HR Department was informed by insurance carrier that they are still in the process of reviewing the records but hope to have finished by end of this week. Once their review is complete they will forward any responsive documents for us to provide. So as long as no further delays we should be able to provide a response to your request by next week. I will keep you updated should a delay occur that we would not be able to provide by Friday, June 24th.

Again thank you for your patience.
