Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
(1) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, any and all records concerning hearings regarding the dismissal of any police chief conducted pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes, 7-278 since October 1, 1983.
(2) Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, any and all agreements and/or contracts regarding the employment of any police chief since October 1, 1983.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello,
I received an email this afternoon stating that you made a request on June 26, 2021 for the following information under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act Request. As you can see from your original email below, your request was made on June 28, 2021 and not on June 26, 2021. My office is in the process of pulling our past Police Chief employee records from storage and will be getting this information to you by the beginning of next week. Please note that the Municipal Center will be closed on Monday due to the Holiday.
