Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

the "eviction list" compiled by your department between January 2019 and the latest available data. I'm requesting this information in a machine-readable spreadsheet such as Excel or CSV. Fields should include but not limited to the following information:
- file number
- occupants
- address
- restoration date
- status
- court case number
- Indicates type of process served or posted
- Indicates manner of service (personally served or posted and mailed)
- Indicates status of notice (cancelled, unsuccessful-no show, unsuccessful-took peaceful possession, unsuccessful-not found)
- Indicates whether the property is commercial or residential, if possibl

I would like to reiterate that I am seeking all fields containing non-exempt information about the department's eviction notices. That means fields containing the above information, and fields containing any additional information not listed, but that would still be disclosable under the law

To fulfill your complete request there will be a charge of $622.20 as I will have to generate the spreadsheet with the information your request. I will attach the cost estimate for your review.

I am however attaching a document containing information our software program generates. This is information I regularly provide per a Public Records Act request. This information is provided free of charge. Please review the attachment and respond indicating whether this contains enough information.

If you would like the additional information, please indicate so and remit the payment to our office per the attached cost estimate.
