Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Documentation describing the 2014 rule regulating how and when Pittsburgh Bureau of Police contacts Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Documents pertaining to the enforcement of this rule since it was initiated in 2014.
All documentation of instances when Pittsburgh Bureau of Police initiated contact with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about potentially undocumented persons.
All documentation of instances when Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) initiated contact with Pittsburgh Bureau of Police about potentially undocumented persons.
All documentation of instances when Pittsburgh Bureau of Police complied with requests from Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in providing information about potentially undocumented persons.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
