To Whom It May Concern -
I am writing in response to your RTK request dated July 30, 2015. Regarding your request for emails, the School District conducted a keyword search to generate any responsive documents. The search yielded several hundred pages of results, which will need to be printed, redacted (if appropriate) and scanned to create an electronic record. In my review of the emails, it appears that many of the emails containing the words "electronics recycling" are standard emails from Best Buy asking customers to review a purchase. These emails contain a standard ad that offers electronics recycling. I don't believe that these emails are the type of records that you are seeking. In an effort to save you copying costs for these emails, I was writing to see if you would like to narrow the scope of your request at all in order to eliminate these emails.
Once I hear from you, I will be able to send the District's final response to you. That response will include the amount that you must pay in order to receive your requested records.
Thank you,
Nicole Wingard Williams, Esquire
