Records include but are not limited to invoices, credit memos, checks, bills of lading, email correspondences, contracts, recycling certificates, data destruction reports and asset reports.

All data destruction records of hard drives, cell phones and other data containing electronic equipment.

Due diligence performed on vendors who equipment was transferred to. Records including but not limited to E&O insurance, Crime insurance, pollution insurance, cyber insurance, PADEP permit, 3rd party certification including R2 or e-Stewards and conflict of interest affidavit.

Copies of any notices, warnings or fines relating to environmental compliance received by Pittsburgh Public Schools.
