Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

-correspondences (emails, transcripts, and/or letters) sent between the Allegheny County Police Department and the Department of Justice concerning the acquisition of the former VA Hospital Complex located on Highland Dr.
-correspondences (emails, transcripts, and/or letters) sent between the Allegheny County Police Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency concerning the acquisition of the former VA Hospital Complex located on Highland Dr.
-correspondences (emails, transcripts, and/or letters) sent between the Allegheny County Police Department and the Pittsburgh City Mayor's Office concerning the acquisition and building plans of the former VA Hospital Complex located on Highland Dr.
-correspondences (emails, transcripts, and/or letters) from any county or city department concerning the acquisition, building plans, potential contractors and contractor bids of the former VA Hospital Complex located on Highland Dr. (For example: A contractor put forth a bid to manage the grounds of the complex while the city puts through the necessary forms to take control of the complex)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
