Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request a copy of Rich Piana's autopsy. Mr. Piana died on or about August 24, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

When the report is available I will email you a copy. The average turnaround time for a pending report is three months. Do you want the report sent to this email address or your Anthony Roberts email address, when it is available. Please let me know.
