Ms. Allen,
Pierce County Public Records Officers do not use the MuckRock.com public records request service. I emailed you with a response to your request on 3-5-19. Please find the attached letter with the response. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you,

Katie Malue
Administrative Assistant/Public Records Officer
Pierce County Superior Court

From: Penny Allen

Hello Ms. Malue,

I did receive information from you that satisfies this request when I met with you in person. I also received a follow up email to a different email service provider regarding that the record has been received. Thank you. This request can be closed at this time.

I do wish to inform you that I often use Muckrock email service to request records and plan to do so again in the future. I expect my requests will be processed regardless of which email service I should use. There is no difference which email service I use. I don't believe the State of Washington provides an exception that allows Pierce County to dictate what email service can be used to request records.

I look forward to working with you again soon.

Very truly,
Penny Allen
