W258111 - Is a Multiple - Master request where we logged the case numbers you were requesting: 2006300639, 2006302130 and 2006302234. Separate requests were created for these requests (below). You will not receive a response under this request because it is a Master to document the search.
W286721 - was created from the master request for 2006300639 and was completed on 6/10/21 and sent through our portal. On 6/11/21 the request was viewed on our portal on 6/11/21 by Phil Mocek and on 6/12/21 by Mr. Demetrius Wells.
W286723 - was created from the master request for 2006302234 and was completed on 6/10/21 and sent through our portal. On 6/11/21 the request was viewed on our portal by Phil Mocek and Tamara Ohman.
W286722 - was created from the master request for 2006302130 and a clarification was sent to the requestor because it was an invalid case number.
