* Mail in a check payable to the City of Phoenix for the amount listed above with the following tracking number PR2020187303 for invoice INV-PR20093883.
* Once payment is received, it will be noted in our system and your requested item will be mailed out to you.
* **Please note that your check may not process through our system until a later date as our office is currently only accepting credit card payments over the phone through our direct secured lines or via the online portal.**
* THERE WILL NEED TO BE $0.50 ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL COST FOR POSTAGE FEES, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IF A HARD COPY IS TO BE MAILED OUT TO YOU.

2. Online via the Police Public Records Portal
* Call our office at 602-534-1127 for help with setting up an account and being sent an invoice for payment. You will then be able to submit your payment online and once received, your requested item will be released to you online.
* When calling, please provide the following tracking number PR2020187303 for invoice INV-PR20093883.

3. Via the Phone
* Currently, our office is accepting payment via credit card over the phone.
* If you would like to make payment over the phone with a valid credit card, please call 602-262-1885 to schedule an appointment for one of our representatives to call and assist you.

You have 30 days from the date of this email to pick up/download your request, it will then be purged, and you would have to re-request if it is still needed.
