Subject: Arizona Public Records Law Request: Public Records Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any and all internal emails, memorandums of understanding, training documents, powerpoint presentations, training documents and promotional material that mentions "Palantir" and/or "Veritone". If challenges arise with this request please contact me, as I will likely be able to find ways to mitigate these perceived barriers to providing access to public records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Hello,

Your request for all email correspondence with "Veritone", "Palantir". "Microsoft Mapp", "Genetec", and "AutoVu" has produced over 11,000 potentially responsive records. This overbroad and vague request presents an unreasonable burden under Arizona's public records law to manually review, redact, and produce the responsive records from among the over 11,000 potentially responsive records.
