A list of all compensation that theCity of Phoenix has received for unauthorized use of the City Bird logo fromJanuary 1, 2012 until the date this request is processed. Please includethe parties that paid out this compensation, as well as the amount they paid.
A list of all cease and desist letters sent to people or businesses usingthe City Bird logo from January 1, 2012, until the date this request is processed.Please include the dates the letters were sent as well as the names of theparties they were sent to.
The requested documents will be made availableto the general public, and this request is not being made for commercialpurposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if youwould inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment ifavailable or CD-ROM if not.
