• A copy of the bid submitted in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters
• any contracts with third-party providers for services rendered regarding the Amazon HQ2 bid
• any marketing budgets regarding Amazon-related expenditures from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The City of Tempe worked in cooperation with other Valley cities to help Greater Phoenix Economic Council submit for Amazon. No money was spent. Please reach out to GPEC for the submittal as it is not ours. We submitted nothing independently.
