Pursuant to the Colorado Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
In a denver post article posted december 23 (https://www.denverpost.com/2019/12/23/drones-mystery-colorado/) sheriff Elliot mentioned some information regarding "drones" performing a grid search over the area, this request is for any public record including police reports, emergency call records, emails, incident reports or other public record describing or referencing this incident.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

drones. If you would like a formal letter to this effect You will need to
send me $25.00 dollars CORA request fee ( I have your CORA request on file
so you will not have to resubmit this). Make the check out to the Phillips
County Sheriff, and mail it to me at 221 S.Interocean, Holyoke, CO.

I received your CORA request today and I have attached the only documents
produced at thai office. This was not a criminal event so no police report
was authored. No witness statements were collected. No photos were taken
by staff of this office. The only documents were some emails which are
attached to this email.
