Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

I submitted a FOIA request on May 9, 2016 and was told my request would be forwarded to the appropriate offices. I have however not heard from your office in regards to the above captions request. Below are the details of my request.

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I contacted FOIA on May 6, 2016 requesting records. A referral letter was sent to me on May 10, 2016 from Evie Sassok, that included no point of contact however more details for my request were required. I hereby request the following records:

All records and correspondence physical and electronic to and from but not limited to Susan Becker, David Degnan, Zane David Memeger, Margaret L. Hitchinson, Desiree Wilkins, Thomas Rueter, and Jacob P. Hart regarding my case "Assiah Phinisee", "Rasheena Phinisee" or "Phinisee" case captioned "10-CV-1253"

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com and assiahsliverfund.org, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
