Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Budget documents for the Philadelphia Police Department Real-Time Crime Center for the FY 2018, 2019, 2020 or any other years that have been already budgeted for;

- Data or records that show the locations of the cameras and automated license plate readers that feed into the Real-Time Crime Center (e.g. GPS location, Lat/Lon, intersection, etc);

- All contracts, agreements, and procurement records for use of automated license plate reader technology for the Real-time Crime Center;

- All contracts, agreements, and procurement records for data analysis software for the Real-time Crime Center;

- All contracts, agreements, and procurement records for data storage for the Real-time Crime Center;

- All policies, practices, and standard operating procedures associated with the Real-time Crime Center;

- All audits of the Real-time Crime Center;

- Records reflecting the number of staff and salaries of workers at the Real-time Crime Center;

- Records reflecting the organizational structure and command structure of the Real-time Crime Center;

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
