This request seeks the Firearms Discharge Review Board's final report on the 15 December 2014 officer-involved shooting of 26 year-old Brandon Tate-Brown in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia.

Please note that as Askew, 65 A.3d 992 found, and which the Office of Open Records has concurred on numerous occasions with prior requests, the aforementioned items and phrasing thereof must be construed in a request's entire context, and your office should find it sufficiently specific.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
