Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
(1) Any email sent or received by any employee of your agency between August 1, 2019 to Present Day pertaining to the resignation of Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross.
(2) Any memos or documents responsive to Commissioner Ross’ resignation. Ross resigned on August 20, 2019.
If previously released records are available, then we request a rolling release consisting of those records while additional records are located and processed for release.
Original Media Group is a representative of the news media and is primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public.
Should the Agency decide that a fee waiver does not apply, Original Media Group agrees to pay up to $100.00 for the processing of this request. Kindly inform me if the estimated fees will exceed this limit before processing Original Media Group’s request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
