Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any collective bargaining agreement (CBA), memorandum of understanding (MOU), and memorandum of agreement (MOA) to which UNITE HERE LOCAL 274 is a party. These agreements affect employees found in the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), which is owned by the City of Philadelphia.
Please also provide a copy of all agreements — including, but not limited to, any CBA, MOU, MOA, or other agreements — to which OTG Management is a party. An example of the City of Philadelphia's relationship with OTG Management is the redevelopment of PHL's Terminal B (https://www.phl.org/drupalbin/media/2017_phl_annualreport.pdf).
If you have any questions about this request, please let me know via this email address.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
