Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records of all communication, attachments, documents sent/received between Hon. Robert Powelson, Tracey Wilk and the White House specifically regarding President Donald Trump's intent to nominate Robert Powelson to be a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The timeframe of this request is limited to January 20, 2017 through the processing date of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Commission's response to your RTK Request was sent to you via email on May 25, 2017, the five business day deadline. I have attached it above in the event you did not receive it, but it was sent to the email address you provided us at Matt.r.kasper@gmail.com<mailto:Matt.r.kasper@gmail.com>
For your information, the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law permits an agency an extension of 30 calendar days past the five business day deadline to respond to an RTK request. However, in this matter, the Commission responded within the five business day due date of May 25, 2017, to the email address you provided.
