Dear Parties,

Please note that this appeal contains a deficiency notice. My apologies for not noting this originally.

Good Afternoon,

I am reviewing the file in this case and I do see that the Requester cured the deficiency in this matter by providing me a completed copy of the request on May 12, 2021. However, I also see that PSP provided the requester a 30 day extension and notes the Request was only received on May 12, 2021. If PSP is claiming to have not received the original request and that the current appeal is premature, I will need a submission attesting to those facts.

Regardless, I will set the following dates for this appeal:

Submissions are to be provided to me on or before May 28, 2021.

Unless otherwise agreed to, a Final Determination will be issued on or before July 12, 2021.

If additional time is necessary from either party, please let me know. Additionally, if there are any questions or concerns, please let me know as well.

Thank you for your time.

Good Morning,

I issued the Final Determination on Friday and have attached that email here, which contains the Final Determination. I sent it to the Justin McLaughlin (justinmc@gmail.com) email that I had received emails from in the past, so that is my mistake if this email address is better for you.

Thank you for your time.
