Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Please provide copies of any and all studies on the biological effects of RADAR (acronym for RAdio Detection And Ranging or RAdio Direction And Ranging) and pulsed RADAR.

- Please provide copies of current safety training and policy of safe use of RADAR and pulsed RADAR for personnel protection.

- Please provide copies of current safety training and policy of safe handling of RADAR and pulsed RADAR when necessary for this equipment to be pointed at or when used on a target.

- Please specify the safety guidelines mandated for various uses of RADAR equipment.

- Please provide the above information, including the safe handling and use of RADAR radiation in the microwave, millimeter wave, sub-millimeter wave, also known as terahertz, range.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
