Pennsylvania 12th Congressional District Special Election Complaints (2019)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents, emails, files, and other records and reports from May 21-23, 2019, concerning the 12th congressional district special election and any relevant complaints or problems. The Department of State operates a form on its website to report election complaints, which can be publicly accessed at https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/Pages/ReportElectionComplaints.aspx. According to the form, these complaints are submitted to the Department of State and are then forwarded to the appropriate county officials. Please include as responsive all records of initial complaints submitted via this form, as well as complaints submitted via other means, within the specified dates from all counties within the 12th congressional district.

If you are aware of other agencies with records relevant to this request, I would also appreciate information on where best to request these records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
