Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any recorded communications (including any emails sent/received, legal documents, and disciplinary records) mentioning “revenge porn,” ”non-consensual pornography,” and/or “Covert Business Transactions” between February 1, 2015 to December 1, 2015;
2. Documents related to the withdrawal of recognition of Kappa Delta Rho;
3. A list of Title IX sexual violence investigations including "revenge porn;"
4. A copy of all school conduct policies regarding "revenge porn" or non-consensual pornography."
The requested documents are in reference to the following "revenge porn" case connected to the university and the university's suspension of the aforementioned fraternity:
