Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A summary of all Pennsylvania Correctional Industries purchase orders from universities and colleges located in Pennsylvania over the last five years including: date of purchase, product(s) ordered, the university/college who made the order, and, where applicable, the individual or subunit of the university/college making the order. If retrievable, please include the facility or facilities in which products for each order were produced.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

You are hereby notified that, for the reason set forth below, the Department will require an additional 30 calendar days, i.e. until July 31, 2020, in which to provide a final written response to your request:

At this time, the Department is unable to provide you with an estimated cost to fulfill your current request if it is granted. Any actual or estimated fees will be identified in the Department's future response.
