Records: copies of all WMGR081 annual reports covering calendar year 2019/2020
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The PA Department of Environmental of Protection's (DEP) Central Office, located in Dauphin county, transitioned to the yellow phase last week Friday, May 29th, upon which date we were authorized to begin responding to Right-to-Know requests received over the period of the COVID-19 closure that began on March 16th.
DEP's Central Office will be issuing an interim response letter to you via email on Friday, June 5th.
