To Whom It May Concern:

Please find enclosed a check for $20.50 to satisfy the fee associated with the attached public records request.

Thank you.

From: Department of Environmental Protection

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your patience! The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection received your check for $20.50 on September 10, 2019, when it was delivered to our Central Office in Harrisburg, PA (see attached for reference).

Per the letter you received – dated August 14, 2019 – granting your request, the check was to have been sent to our Southeast Regional Office by September 5, 2019. Under the Right to Know Law, if the Department does not receive payment by the specified date, it may close out the Request in question. Nevertheless, at the time of receiving your check we still had the records you requested handy and are in the process of getting them out to you.

I’m sorry for any confusion – you will receive the records responsive to your Request shortly. Please feel free to reach out to me directly should have more questions.

Best,
Mica
