To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Joshua Kwasi Brown is a candidate for Delaware County Sheriff in Pennsylvania and claims to be a veteran for the United States Navy.

To the contrary, the timeframe Mr. Brown claims to have been on active duty aligns with a potential jail term for sexual assault and burglary in New Jersey (see: https://www.yc.news/2021/06/14/joshua-brown-delaware-county-sheriff-holds-criminal-record/)

Mr. Brown holds a criminal history in at-least three states: Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and New Jersey.

We kindly request:
1. Records or reports pertaining to Joshua Brown.

Please note: I represent general public and thus do not know the military service number. I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest.

His distinguished military service is of public concern.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press.
