MuckRock News,
The original RTK request submitted by MuckRock News on January 8, 2018, was assigned DEP's RTK number 2018-0010. See attached Outlook item "RTKL Long 2018-0010." On January 16, 2018, a denial letter was emailed to MuckRock News due to nonpayment of fees from a previously granted RTK request. On page 2, second paragraph of the denial letter, it's stated a new RTK request may be resubmitted to the Department upon payment of the fee owed.
Approximately February 1, 2018, full payment of the stated fee ($72.90) from MuckRock Foundation was received by the Department.
On February 7, 2018, a new RTK request was submitted to DEP and assigned RTK 2018-0097. The final letter was emailed to MuckRock News on March 19, 2018. See Outlook item "RTK 2018-0097."
