Pennsylvania Department of Health Right to Know request logs for years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello again.
Just wanted to follow-up on a couple of things. The spreadsheet is separated into tabs, and the tabs are named with abbreviations, but I do not know what they stand for. Is it possible to give descriptions for each tab? Was also wondering if these 4 fields of data are the only data you track? I am generally used to seeing more data in RTK/FOIA logs. I understand if this is the only data you track, but if you also track any data identifying what each request topic, target or just a general description of what the requester was searching for/requesting, I would also be interested in that data. Finally, was this data exported?

Hello. Looking for some clarification.
When I received DOH's response to my RTK request seeking RTK logs for the Department, each responsive spreadsheet included 5 tabs (MSC, NCF, MM, EMS and SA). I have recently filed additional RTK requests to the Department, but I noticed that the RTK's I filed have the abbreviation "COV". Does the Department maintain other RTK logs than the 5 that were provided?
Strictly guessing here, but "COV" seems like it would be related to RTK's specifically related to COVID? I would be very interested in obtaining those logs if so as that is one of my current topics of investigation.
Can you clarify if the Department maintains any other logs beside the 5 above including any including the abbreviation "COV".
I am attaching a screenshot of a recent response from the Department which show this naming of the documents which include the abbreviation "COV". As an example, one of my recent requests was given the name "DOH-RTKL-COV-009-2021".
Also just looking to further clarify if there are any other fields of data which the Department tracks, but which were not included in the responses to my original request. The spreadsheets which were provided only include 4 fields of data (date received, number, requestor and company, if applicable). I am trying to learn if there are other fields of data which the Department tracks and maintains data for, but which were not included in my response?

Good Morning Shawn,
Just this month, the Department decided to separate COVID RTKL's into their own spreadsheet...Before that time they were included in the MSC-Miscellaneous category. Just to clarify, when you received our response last year we did not have a separate COVID spreadsheet.
