David Mortensen funding

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Information on all funding received by David Mortensen, professor Professor of Weed and Applied Plant Ecology at Pennsylvania State University. This includes individual funding and shared funding with other researchers.

2. Copies of all conflict-of-interest and outside income or employment disclosures for Professor Mortensen.

I request that you search the above records for the time period beginning January 1, 2007 to the date upon which this request is processed, including the exact name of each funder.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
