Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Pertaining to service contract agreements maintained by Peekskill City School District over the last 2 years. Specifically, I am requesting the following information:
Any service contract agreements entered into by Peekskill City School District over the last 2 years, including contracts with vendors for services such as custodial, transportation, technology, and other relevant services.
Any amendments or modifications made to service contract agreements entered into by Peekskill City School District over the last 2 years.
Any records related to the bidding process or procurement of service contracts entered into by Peekskill City School District over the last 2 years.
Please include any and all records, including but not limited to contracts, amendments, modifications, bid documents, and any other relevant documents related to service contract agreements entered into by Peekskill City School District over the last 2 years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

are currently maintained on the District’s website in boardDocs. You can
find whatever contracts you are looking for on our website.
Additionally, the District needs further clarification as to “any records
related to” the bidding process or procurement of service contracts in
order to properly respond to this portion of your FOIL request. Please
identify the specific records you are requesting disclosure for.

Thank you for your prompt response to my FOIL request. I apologize for any confusion my initial request may have caused regarding the contracts. I was not able to find the specific information I was looking for on the District's website, so I appreciate your clarification that they are already available to the public.
Regarding the bidding process or procurement of service contracts, I am specifically requesting any documents, memos, internal documents, paperwork, or correspondence related to the actual bidding process for the district
