Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Any complaints reported against Pasco County Sheriff's Office deputies assigned as school resource officers between Jan. 1, 2009 and Nov. 1, 2019.
- Any records of disciplinary actions taken against PCSO SROs during the above-mentioned time period.
- Any spreadsheets, logs, or other records tracking misconduct lawsuits against PCSO SROs during the above-mentioned time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Good Morning,
Your request for records was received. At this time, the good faith cost for the report would be $26.42. This would include a print out of the records, and then if you want specific files you could request those and I could provide an updated cost. Once we receive at least half ($13.21) in a check or money order, I will proceed with the preparation of records. Once the full amount is received, I will be able to share the report electronically.
