Jack Parson Report (Pasadena Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request all relevant and available files from 1945 to 1952 on "Jack Parsons," born Marvel Whiteside Parsons, and specifically regarding any investigation into his death on June 17, 1952 and any reports about the cause and circumstances surrounding his death. This includes any files from that time of other people (i.e. L. Ron Hubbard) referring to his death, speculating about the circumstances of his death, or insinuating a direct knowledge of the cause of his death.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
