Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All calls for service to the Mineral Wells Pre-Parole Transfer Facility. Please include all available segregable data, including, but not limited to, the date/time of the call, the nature of the call, the number of personnel responding to the call, any available incident reports, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

It was lovely speaking with you today. I accept the release of basic information regarding this request, allowing for the redaction of personally-identifying information of non-convicted suspects and other information that would require the approval of the Attorney General to release.

Please find the attached documentation in response to your open records
request and waiver.
In regards to your waiver and Texas Government Code 552.101, I have
redacted the names of any suspects who have not been arrested, convicted
or prosecuted, along with any information identifying sexual assault
victim's identification and/or witnesses.
I have included all basic information pertaining to all calls, incidents
and reports.
I have redacted all account and routing numbers, as per Texas Government
Code 552.136; and social security numbers, driver's license numbers,
license plate numbers and vehicle identification numbers, as per Texas
Government Code 552.130.
There is no charge for this particular request.
