Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records from Town Of Paradise :
- All staff email messages (sent or received) from November 5, 2018 to the date of receipt of request that contain the keywords "camp fire" or "recovery" in their subject , excluding any messages to or from an individual student or parent/guardian
- All insurance claims filed for Camp Fire damage and all replies by insurance
- All FEMA/CALOES or other claims you have made to public agencies for financial assistance for Camp Fire damage and all replies by those agencies
If you have waived CPRA exemptions by providing any records to other members of the public, please also provide them to us without additional withholding/redactions. Since you should not have to additional redaction, we expect this request to be quick to fulfill. Please provide records on a rolling basis if possible.
Please provide only those copies available for free. For copies requiring fees, instead provide the required determination under the CPRA of what records exist
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. MuckRock.com lets you upload responsive records directly, email me if that route is preferable (its best for us).
